In Fruit Fairy production facilities, we use the latest generation equipment. Optical "Buhler" fruit sorting machine, PIGO line for pitting cherries, PIGO line for processing plums and apricots, ABL line for apple processing and cutting into slices and cubes, Unidex flow tunnel for freezing (dynamic IQF tunnel).
Our agronomists regularly visit orchards and educate producers, thus ensuring complete traceability of production. Every piece of fruit can be, at any given moment, traceable to its exact origin – the location and the producer.
